Click on the link below (Information on Fees and Class Times)* for information on class times, class registration fee and tuition for the 3 and 4 year-old classes.
Click on the link below (Enrollment Form)* to obtain the Enrollment Form to enroll your child in the program.
Click on the Link below (Health History)* to obtain the Health History and Care Form. This form must be completed and submitted with your Enrollment Form.
This form (Doctor's Health Form)* must be completed and signed by your family physician. This form needs to be returned to the school before or on the Parent's Orientation night held on the evening of September 1, 2009.
